We accept most major insurances including Medicare, Tricare and workers’ compensation plans. Before your first visit, we will be happy to check with your insurance company to determine the terms of your coverage and payment for patient responsibility is due at the time of service.
What steps is your clinic taking to prepare for Coronavirus?
Our daily cleaning procedures are extremely thorough and comprehensive, but given the current situation, we are expanding our protocols in an effort to further keep our facilities safe for all patients and staff. Along those lines, we have increased the cleaning schedules of our professional cleaning staff and/or current staff to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces and equipment regularly throughout the day.
We are also requesting all staff and patients refrain from accessing the clinic when ill and to notify us if they've been in contact with anyone experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. We also ask patients to inform us if anyone they've come in contact with has recently traveled to the following countries: China Italy, Iran, Japan and South Korea.
Yes - we offer all of our patients a telehealth option where you can connect with a licensed physical therapist through a secure, HIPAA compliant, easy to use therapy video conferencing tool. Whether you need an evaluation to address aches & pains or need to continue your existing treatment, telehealth is a great option.
